A Day in the Wild?

It had been years since we had been there, but we decided to check out the zoo. We had taken Lani there at age 2 and we thought she would love it but she was bored out of her mind! Our little Kiara however, is much more interested in animals, so we thought we'd try it again.

We met our close friends there, the Moat's from Duchesne. It really was great to see them again, especially since it had been 2 years! We're trying to talk them into moving back down to Cedar City, because we want them closer- let's face it, we're only thinking of ourselves!

There have been so many changes since we were there last and it was fun to see all the new exhibits. They recently added a Carousel with all the zoo animals to ride on and the kids really liked that!

The weather was perfect and we actually ran into some of our friends from Cedar City there, talk about a coincidence! We had a great time. Oh,and in case you were wondering, Lani does like to go to the zoo now!
